City of Wahoo Utilities Farm Lease Auction January 6, 2010

The City of Wahoo Utilities has a “Cash Rent” Lease up for bidding to all local farmers interested in occupying the land for agricultural purposes.

Auction will be held in City Council Chambers at

605 N Broadway on January 6^th, 2010 at 10:00 am

The term of this Farm Lease shall commence as of the 1st day of March, 2010, for crop year 2010, and shall terminate with no further notice as of December 31, 2012 for approximately 149.6 tillable acres.
