The City Council of the City of Wahoo recently held a Council retreat (May 2009).  As a result of this retreat, a mission statment (where do we want to go, what do we want to be) was developed along with a vision statement (how do we want to get there).  In addition, the Council reviewed strengths of the Council, weaknesses of the Council and opportunities that they need to position themselves to utilize.  Department Heads presented information on goals of operations and ideas for short and long term projects.  The City Council is continuing to evaluate and prioritize the outcomes of this retreat.
