NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
Surplus property to be auctioned on June 5 at 10:00 a.m.
The City of Wahoo will be auctioning surplus property located at 11th & Pine in Wahoo at a live auction on June 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall in the Council Chambers. The property consists of the South half of Lots 1 and 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 110, County Addition to the City of Wahoo. This property includes the 28' x 32' wood frame metal wrapped building that is located on the property.
City staff will be available on the following dates at the property and will have the building open and available for interior viewing and inspection:
* Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
* Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
The property will be sold as is with no warranties, expressed or implied.
This property is currently zoned R-2. A listing of the Permitted and Conditional Uses of the property is included in the informational packet that can be accessed by clicking on the link below. This property is not zoned for commercial use. The structure located on this property is currently a non-conforming structure in R-2 zoning, so the requirements of Section 4.18 of the City's Zoning Regulations will apply.
