This building was constructed in 1979 and is a 60' X 100' metal building. It was acquired by the City in 1985 and has been used as a location for our electrical line crew to operate. This building has four overhead bay doors, and contains a main entrance office, a second office space, two restrooms, a mechanical room, and a bay that was formerly used as a wash/paint bay. The building sits on Lots 1 & 2, Block 87, County Addition along Chestnut Street. This property is zoned C-1 Commercial. Permitted and conditional uses are listed in the City's zoning regulations which are shown below.
This property includes the building and ground only. There is no additional property (i.e. personal property) included with this sale other than what is permanently attached to the building.
