Natural Gas Safety Awareness Campaign
Our annual survey will be conducted the week of May 2-8, 2021
ATTENTION WAHOO UTILITIES CUSTOMERS: Starting next Monday (April 26, 2021) you may receive a phone call notifying you of a future survey you will be asked to participate in on general pipeline safety. This is a legit phone call. And then, starting May 3, 2021, the actual survey will be conducted.
In order to comply with a Federal Mandate about pipeline safety, Wahoo Utilities has hired a company to conduct a survey of customers for us. Starting May 3, 2021, you will receive a call asking you several questions about natural gas pipeline safety. Whether you have natural gas in your home or business or not, we need you to complete the survey. It is an automated survey which you will answer using the keypad of your phone. They WILL NOT ask for any personal information such as address, utility customer number, or customer name so DO NOT GIVE THAT OUT. We need to have strong response rate to meet the federal requirement, so please help us out by taking time to complete the survey! If you have any concerns please call City Hall at 402-443-3222.
