NOTICE
The Planning Commission of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday November 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wahoo Public Library, 637 N Maple Street Wahoo, NE on an application for Conditional Use Permit to erect a ground monument sign on property described as 911 N Linden Street Wahoo, NE, Saunders County. The property is zoned R-3 – High Density Residential District.
Property owners within 300’ of said properties may file written comments with the City Zoning Administrator at the City Hall prior to the public hearing.
