BUILDING INSPECTOR (part time)
The City of Wahoo is seeking an individual to fill the role as a PART TIME BUILDING INSPECTOR
This position is responsible for the administration and operation of the city's permits and inspections through planning, direction, coordination, and technical activities as they pertain to the zoning, construction, and inspection of all structures within the city and surrounding jurisdictions. Responsible for the enforcement of building and zoning codes, and assists in the enforcement of municipal code.
A qualified applicant must have a High school diploma or equivalent required. Three years of experience in construction management, building construction, or related field or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Pay scale for PT Building Inspector $18.81 to $24.45
