Mowing Proposals being accepted
Proposals due by 12:00 p.m., Friday, Feb. 13
Wahoo Utilities is requesting proposals for mowing services for utility-owned properties located throughout the City of Wahoo.
Except for the East Service Center located at 110 South Chestnut, the scope of work is mowing services only. At the East Service Center work shall include fertilizing and law treatment services to maintain a healthy turf. Proposals shall include all areas listed, some of which were previously mowed by our Parks and Recreation Department. See attached map in the bidding form for details on mowing locations. Further details about mowing locations can be requested from the Utilities General Manager.
The proposed agreement will be for a three-year (3) term (2026, 2027, and 2028). All prospective bidders must provide proof of insurance and a completed W-9 prior to being awarded the contract.
Each proposal must include the completed bid form provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope to City Hall, P.O. Box 398 OR personal delivery to 608 North Linden, Suite 2, Wahoo, NE 68066 no later than February 13th at 12:00 P.M., at which time bids will be opened. No proposals will be accepted after the deadline.
