Rezone Application Public Hearing Notice
NOTICE
The Planning Commission of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday September 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wahoo Public Library, 637 N Maple St, Wahoo, NE upon application filed by James Jelinek, to rezone Balance SW NE 33-15-7 Saunders County, Nebraska, an area north of W 23rd and Hackberry St from R2 – Medium Density Residential to C-3 – General Commercial.
Property owners within 300’ of said properties may file written comments with the City Zoning Administrator at the City Hall prior to the public hearing.
