NOTICE
The Planning Commission of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday September 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at 605 North Broadway, Wahoo, NE on an application for Conditional Use Permit to erect a pole sign on property described as Lot 1 Dry Run Commons Wahoo, NE, Saunders County. The property is zoned C2 – Highway Commercial District.
Property owners within 300’ of said properties may file written comments with the City Zoning Administrator at the City Hall prior to the public hearing.
