Rezone Application Public Hearing Notice
NOTICE
The Planning Commission of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday September 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wahoo Public Library, 637 N Maple St, Wahoo, NE upon application filed by Larry Jensen, to rezone 1750 N Elm a property described as PT SW SW & PT SE SW 34-15-7 Saunders County, Nebraska, an area north of 17th and Elm Street from TA – Transitional Ag to R1 – Low Density Residential.
Property owners within 300’ of said properties may file written comments with the City Zoning Administrator at the City Hall prior to the public hearing.
